Vineyards

Located at the foot of the Andes Mountains eighty kilometers south of the city of Mendoza, the Uco Valley has an altitude between 1,000 and 1,500 meters above sea level, and a variety of microclimates that enable the cultivation of grapes of extraordinary quality. Its dry, sunny summers encourage ripening while the cool morning temperatures and controlled irrigation help lengthen the development cycle and create a good balance between sugar and acidity in the different varietals. The region’s pebbly soils ensure optimal drainage. Its low humidity and the substantial temperature swings between day and night make Tupungato an ideal place to grow exceptional grapes.
