Apartado

A wine that stands apart. “Apartado” comes from the Spanish verb “apartar”, which means “to set apart” or “to set aside” from the rest. The composition of Apartado varies each year depending on the best barrels of the harvest. The Apartado story began in 1997, when the owner of the winery asked our head winemaker Mariano Di Paola why certain barrels were “set apart from the rest”. He was so impressed with the wines that he immediately asked Mariano to start producing a new line. Today, the Apartado range represents the true richness of the vineyards in the Uco Valley. It is truly a head turner, as it delicately combines the best Rutini has to offer.
